Adopting a Baby

Wow this is a great site glad I found it.

Im in the process of adopting a baby and ive never had a child and have never breastfed Im 33 year old women with a healthy body and life style and have intentions to breastfeed my new baby. Are there any suggestions or herbs that would help me to induce lactation.
Any advice would be helpful.
