My little one turned 3 months old exactly one week after my gall bladder was removed. I have had diarrhea a total of three times in the past two days. My baby has had more than usual stool and a slight temperature (not enough to be a fever) and has been irritable for the past day or so. We're starting to worry that my breast milk is going to cause him harm. Thoughts?
