Breastfeeding Help

My son is almost 5 months old and we are still having nursing issues, We were using a shield till about 4 months, and now he is off it but now he will only latch on for like 2 minutes at the most than start crying when there is still milk in there. I don't want to stop nursing but I dont know what to do??

Wow, you have really toughed it out a long time. His issue could be neurological, physical anatomy proplem or simple latch. All of these can be addressed by a board certified lactation consultant. Poor latch is not able to be resolved in any way via phone/email. It requires a in person visit. Call your local hospital and find a lc that can help you soon. Don't give up.
