Diapers for Engorgement

I am gonna tell you a little trick for making a hot or cold pack for during engorgement.
Use a baby diaper. Yes, you read it right. A disposable baby diaper works great as a cold or warm compress.
It molds perfectly around the breast and no leaking.
How do you do it?
Simply fill a newborn size (for cup size a/b), size 1 (for cup size c/d) or size two for larger breasts diaper with enough cold or warm water to "fill" it. Then you simply mold it around your breast and leave it there for 10-15 minutes.
Do NOT pour in boiling water, just warm water.
Do NOT freeze the diapers, just use cold tap water.
You can burn your breasts with water too hot and you can get frostbite from frozen application directly to the skin. Be careful.
These diapers can be reused a few times before they begin to fall apart. Never thought you'd be putting a diaper on your boob, huh?
