hard time breastfeeding

I am expecting my 3rd child in Sept. 2011 and with my first child I was very determined to breastfeed but when I was in the hospital the nurses didn't offer much good help for me and I had no idea what I was doing since I was 18 and a new mom.

I was then put on blood pressure meds before I left the hospital and was told I couldn't breastfeed at all. I was upset but kind of relieved because I had no idea how to do it or get her to latch on or anything. I didn't try with my 2nd child because I was going through postpartum depression and still had no idea how to breastfeed successfully. This is going to be my last child probably and I really want to be successful with breastfeeding and have a great bond with my new edition. But I NEED alot of help. Thanks, K
