how to increase milk production

I am 27yrs old mom, i have 3months old baby girl. from 1 1/2 month i have started top feed (lactogen). But now a days even if iam at home, my milk is not sufficent or you can say my breast are soft as if there is no milk production. please help me what should i do.

Answer from the lactation consultant
First, your breasts should not "feel full" any more. After the beginning, your breasts will rarely feel full, but they will have milk. If your baby is getting bottles while at work, then he/she may be simply not wanting to put forth the extra effort at the breast, it may have nothing to do with supply.
