Left breast only has foremilk

My right breast does great but my left breast is much smaller and has so much foremilk coming out and hardly any hind milk. The foremilk is very watery and I have to express it myself if I want him to have any milk bc there is so much water. How do I fix this?

It is impossible for me to say without seeing you. You could have a plugged duct or insufficient mammary tissue to name two of many issues.
I recommend you see a lactation consultant in person who can assess the situation and help you.
