Never breastfed but wants to.

My son was placed in the NICU right after birth so he wasn't able to be breastfed right after. He stayed in the NICU for one week & when he finally came home we put him on the bottle because that's what he was used to from the hospital.but I was pumping milk at home & taking it up to the hospital when he was in the NICU, but when he came home my breastmilk supply decreased. My son is 5 months now & I want to breastfeed him, is it too late?
